Dr. Conner brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the CCRC team, specializing in colon screenings and minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, and colorectal cancer. Originally from Yucaipa, California, Dr. Conner completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at the University of California, Riverside in 2005. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued his medical degree at the David Geffen School of Medicine in UCLA, graduating in 2008. Dr. Conner completed an Internship and Residency in General Surgery at Texas A&M Scott and White Memorial Hospital in 2013, followed by a Residency in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Texas at Houston in 2014. Prior to joining CCRC, he practiced as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon in Sacramento, California, as part of the Sacramento Colon and Rectal Surgery Medical Group from 2014 until March 2024. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Conner embraces an active lifestyle. You can find him hitting the pavement for a morning run, laying down beats on his drum set, playing video games, or participating in AKC Conformation shows with his beloved greyhounds. Dr. Conner resides in Fort Wayne with his wife and fur children, four cats and two greyhound dogs.
